I started an exchange it turned into such a headache. I waited for weeks and still couldn’t get a clear update on what was going on. Every time I tried to follow up, it felt like I was being brushed off instead of actually helped.

The blanket itself was fine, but the way it showed up was disappointing. It came in a thin bag with basically no protection, and the corners were all scuffed up and partly open. For the price, I really expected it to be packed with a little more care. I also tried reaching out about it and ended up getting transferred around, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Overall, it made the order feel kind of careless.

The blanket is fine overall, it looks nice and does the job, but I thought it would be softer for the price. Shipping also took longer than the estimate, and the tracking updates were sparse, which was a little frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible purchase or anything, just not something I’d be in a hurry to buy again...

I wanted to be into this brand, and the overall idea seems nice enough. But the sustainability stuff felt kind of vague to me. I couldn’t really find much solid detail about where things are sourced from or what the actual impact is, at least not in a way that felt super clear. It’s a good concept, but I just didn’t feel like I had enough transparency to fully trust it.

I’ve had my blanket from tartanblanketco for a few months now, and it’s been getting a lot of use. It lives on the sofa most of the time, but I’ve also taken it in the car for chilly days out. It still looks really good with no holes or loose threads so far. It did go a little fuzzy after washing, and I do wish it had stayed just a bit softer, but it’s nothing too bad. Overall it feels like it’s going to last, and I can definitely see myself using it all the time and probably buying another one in the future.

I expected this to be cozy, but it feels scratchy and weirdly stiff. I don’t know why they’d describe it like it’s soft when it’s uncomfortable on my skin. Frustrating, and I doubt I’ll use it much

I ordered it thinking it was going to be a soft, muted green based on the photos, but in person it looks much darker and more grey. I know lighting can change how colors show up online, but it still felt misleading compared to the pictures. I’m a bit disappointed because I bought it specifically to match my room...

I liked it when I first got it, but the stitching is uneven in a few spots. It makes me a little unsure about the overall quality and whether it’ll hold up over time. I wanted to trust it more, but this kind of detail makes me hesitate.

I had to follow up twice just to get my refund sorted, which didn’t feel right. I understand mistakes happen, but customers shouldn’t have to chase something they’re owed. Not the best experience.

I really wanted to like this, but the colors just don’t work well together. The pattern looks a bit cheap and messy in person (at least to me), so it ended up feeling way less stylish than I expected.

I ordered this thinking it would show up in a reasonable amount of time, but it ended up turning into one of those “is this ever actually coming?” situations. I kept checking the updates, hoping for something useful, but they didn’t really tell me much and the whole thing just dragged on.

When it finally arrived, I was already irritated. The product itself seems nice enough, but by that point the long wait had kind of spoiled the experience for me. Not sure I’d order again if delivery is going to be like that

It looks really nice and feels cosy enough, but the insulation is only okay. On colder nights I still end up needing another layer, so I’m blaming the blanket a bit for not pulling its weight.

This wasn’t what I ordered, and to make it worse, it only works when it wants to. Sometimes it’s fine, other times it just doesn’t do anything. Frustrating overall.

It fits really well and looks just like I hoped. I’ll be honest, after I paid I started feeling a bit unsure and was wondering if it would actually be okay, but it turned out great.

After I placed my order, the communication was poor!! I didn’t get many updates at all and had to keep chasing just to find out what was going on!!! When I did get replies, they were vague and didn’t really answer my questions. I totally understand delays can happen, but just keeping customers in the loop feels like the bare minimum!! Based on this experience, I wouldn’t order again.

They sorted out my issue really quickly!! Super easy experience and I’m really happy with the help I got.
